I finally got around to feeling angry about my breakup. My former partner dropped off the last of my stuff and I process ALL the feelings. Well, really, just two: sadness & SO MUCH anger. There’s some blame, there’s some judgement, there’s so much crying. It’s shocking, I know, but I end up practicing acceptance too. Go figure.
