Huffing & puffing on the stairs brings up some pretty intense concerns around invalidation: notably potential invalidation around an autism diagnosis and potential invalidation from my dad. I start off doing some mindfulness of current thoughts and then meander into identifying what I need to practice accepting. Spoiler: my feelings about being invalidated are part of what I need to practice accepting.
